I work with clients of all ages, from children to elderly adults.
I believe in working with clients to create healing through a narrative approach that focuses on reframing the wounds of the past. I view therapy from a holistic perspective that includes dealing with the trauma that is stored in the body, incorporating the creative arts, movement, CBT, story work, regulation through grounding, and mindfulness.
Step into a sacred space where your heart can exhale. From Wounds to Wisdom is a healing circle for expecting mothers ready to release emotional burdens and break cycles before they reach the next generation. Through mindfulness, gentle reflection, and nervous system grounding, you’ll explore the hidden wounds passed down through bloodlines — and rewrite the story for your child. In this space, tears are welcome, silence is honored, and transformation is inevitable. Come connect with your inner wisdom, nurture your emotional body, and give your baby the gift of a mother who is whole, aware, and deeply free.

You may be an expecting mother, desperate to break the chains of the past — determined that your child will not carry the same pain you did. You may be someone still haunted by childhood wounds, wondering if it’s even possible to break free from what’s been passed down through generations. Or perhaps you’re part of a couple navigating storms you never expected — looking for tools, not blame, to help you come through stronger, not broken. And to the single mother carrying the weight of the world: I see you. I see the sleepless nights, the silent tears, the fierce love that keeps you moving even when you’re running on empty.

A TEEN group will begin on September 30th, 2024 at 5:00 pm and will last for five consecutive weeks. The groups are private pay only and will be $65.00 a session.

Each of us humans come with pain as a prerequisite to living. Sometimes, we are more aware of how our pain affects us and our relationships, while other times we walk around making things way harder than they should be- just completely unaware of what’s happening. The privilege of my job is witnessing patients make the choice that their life can be better than what it is. Some people come to therapy for an identified reason, (I’m not happy in my marriage”), while others come more with a theme weighing on them, (“I’m useless.”)
