Young Adult Process Group
Do you ever feel lonely, misunderstood, or unsure how to navigate friendships, family, school, or work as a young adult? This group is a supportive space for neurodivergent young adults (ages 18–25) to connect, share openly, and learn healthier ways of relating. Together, we explore feelings, practice communication, and work through challenges in real time. Many members say group has become the highlight of their week. Meetings are mostly virtual, with some in-person sessions in Teaneck, NJ.

High School to College Group
This group is for graduating high school seniors who are preparing for the transition to college and may be experiencing stress, anxiety, or uncertainty about what comes next. Common topics include leaving home, increased independence, making friends, social and roommate concerns, homesickness, and managing the emotional challenges of a major life transition. Through therapist-led discussion and practical coping skills, teens build confidence and feel more emotionally prepared for college life. Both in-person (Teaneck, NJ) and virtual (NY/NJ) options are available. A supportive space for seniors who want help navigating the transition with greater resilience and self-confidence.
