Tues/PM Adult DBT Skills
The DBT Skills Group meets virtually every week and participants must attend for a 6-month period of time in order to fully grasp the skills being offered. Participants are also expected to be seeing an individual therapist weekly while in the group as the group is less about processing daily stressors and more about learning the skills. The individual therapy may be provided by me if space allows or provided by an outside therapist.

DBT Supervision and Consultation Team
Looking to introduce DBT into your practice but unsure how or in what capacity? Curious about how to make your DBT adherent to the model? Let’s work together! I am available for consultation for mental health practices. One of the requirements for Linehan Certification is participation in one or more DBT consultation teams for at least 12-months. Plus, having DBT specific supervision and guidance will enhance your clinical skills as well as your understanding of adherent DBT even if you are not going through the process of certification. This team is for therapists, social workers, etc.
