We hope this group WILL OFFER YOU: greater awareness around your individual triggers, thoughts, and behaviors * an understanding of more mindful choices, and resources in challenging moments * a break from familiar patterns that aren't serving you * how to more effectively express feelings and what's really happening for you * self-care, self-compassion, and boundary practices / MULTI-CULTURALLY INCLUSIVE, encourages diversity, LGBTQQIA-friendly! / We don't recommend this group for those who have experienced recent trauma (last 3-6 months).
