Treating Trauma Collaboratively
Virtual group open to all individuals ages 18+ in the state of NY! Group will run approximately 14 weeks, holiday weeks excluded. Members will learn to examine the impact traumatic experiences have had on fundamentally shaping their brain & its functioning, with a primary focus on the somatic & cognitive impacts. Members will do this in such a way that they will not have to discuss the details of individual trauma(s) in front of other members!

Choose your session - Sun @ 1 or Fri @ 7. 10 spots per session; 20 total spots available! 12-weeks of structured DBT skills group therapy - learn 2-3 core skills per session from each DBT module! Focus on learning practical skills to assist with tolerating distressing emotions & situations, regulating emotions effectively, improving interpersonal relationships, and more!
