Traumatic Birth Processing Group

This group offers new Moms with Traumatic Birth Experiences a safe space to process their emotions and experiences. Moms will be encouraged to share their stories, explore feelings of fear, grief, guilt, or anger, and work through the complex emotions associated with a difficult birth. You will build coping skills to manage anxiety, depression, or post-traumatic stress; Cultivate self-compassion and resilience; Develop healthy communication skills for relationships with partners, family, and healthcare providers . Through peer support and professional guidance, this group fosters connection and healing, helping new moms regain a sense of control, confidence, and well-being.
