Not started yet - I am opening a group for trauma survivors of all walks of life including survivors of domestic violence, 1st responders and military [active or veterans]. I want to ensure that group members feel they are not alone in their journey.

Single Parent Support (not started yet)
Not started yet - I will soon be starting a single parent support group to help parents work through the stress of handling parenthood without a partner. The goal is to help the parents cope with stress by knowing that this road does not have to be walked entirely alone. Sometimes we learn from others while we learn to help ourselves to navigate the ups and downs of single parenthood to provide our best to the children.

Mindfulness Group (not started yet)
Not started yet - Mindfulness is not just meditation based, it is all around us in daily activities, hobbies and experiences. I would like to start a new mindfulness group to help clients learn how to relax with activities that may have been overlooked using creative expressive arts, movement and yes even some meditation.
