Trauma Support Group

Healing doesn't have to happen alone. This adult process group offers a supportive, trauma-informed space to connect, share, and heal in community. Through safe and intentional group relationships, members have the opportunity to gently explore experiences, repair relational wounds, and feel deeply held in the presence of others.
