Trauma Recovery Therapy Group
This 90-minute Therapy Group is for all genders and anyone who is struggling with the impact of trauma, especially trauma from childhood or relationships, abuse or neglect. The group will be experiential, relational, and process-oriented. Group time will consist of building safety and stabilization through connecting to resources, processing of trauma and integration work.
