Trauma Recovery & Resilience Group

This therapy group supports adults healing from childhood trauma, domestic violence, or abuse. Survivors often carry wounds that affect safety, trust, and relationships. The group provides a safe, nonjudgmental space for rebuilding. Sessions use trauma-informed practices to develop grounding, coping, and emotional regulation skills. Members learn to calm the nervous system, manage triggers, and respond more effectively to stress and overwhelming emotions. In addition to psychoeducation, participants engage in guided exercises, discussions, and connection with others who understand. By joining, members gain strategies for daily life, build resilience, and begin restoring a sense of control, safety, and hope.
