Children's social skills group provides a venue where children can gain coping skills, anger management, relationship building skills. Children's group that focuses on divorce recovery that is developmentally appropriate. Mending the Soul is a faith based trauma processing group that is professionally led. Trauma Recovery Group is a 10 to 12 week group that utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, art therapy and psych-education.
