Trauma Recovery Group

In partnership with sister organization the Hazel Gray Foundation, Painted Bird Psychotherapy LLC? offers a trauma-informed recovery group for veterans, active-duty service members, and adult dependents impacted by military stress, sexual assault, combat-related experiences, grief, and mental health conditions exacerbated by military service. This group integrates evidence-based and expressive therapeutic approaches to support emotional regulation, resilience, connection, and long-term healing within a safe and supportive environment.
