Trauma Recovery Group

Trauma recovery is the process of healing and rebuilding your life after a distressing or life-threatening event. It focuses on developing the resilience and skills needed to live in the present without being overwhelmed by the physical or emotional pain of the past. This group will learn how to self-regulate and will practice these skills. Group members will need to be established with an individual therapist who also specializes in trauma-recovery therapy work in order to be eligible to attend this group.
