Trauma Recovery Group
A 12 week in-person group with a maximum 8 individuals who desire to take new steps toward healing by learning how to incorporate their memories and coping into more helpful approaches for reconnection in all areas of daily life. Each session provides outlets for overcoming unwanted, negative beliefs, as well as reduce trauma's emotional isolation and build mutual acceptance and empathy. Betrayal Trauma Group (Women)
Betrayal by a loved one, trusted individual or significant institution causes serious emotional upheaval, distrust in self and others, as well as potentially revictimization through engagement with similar dysfunctional relationships. This recovery group seeks to help members acknowledge betrayal more clearly, deepen understanding insecure attachments, build coping strategies, improve self-esteem, and increase skills for developing secure relationships.
