The LQBTQIA+ Trauma Recovery & Empowerment Group is open to LGBTQIA+ adults (18+) who have experienced trauma and are seeking connection, empowerment, and healing. Participants will explore identity, trust, safety, and impact of trauma, while gaining tools for emotion regulation, boundaries, and communication within a supportive peer community.
