Trauma-Informed DBT skills group LGBTQ friendly

Skills based group that teaches group members how to utilize DBT skills to assist us in interpersonal effectiveness, mindfulness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance. LGBTQ+ friendly group with a trauma-informed lense. Utilizes a combination of Marsha Linehan's classic dialectical Behavioral therapy methods with trauma skills and trauma psychoeducation. Must email to enroll before attending group. Most insurances accepted and self pay rate is $25 per group and $25 for intake if only doing group. This is an on-going group meaning participants can start and end at any time. I am currently accepting new group members.

Women's PTSD/Trauma/domestic violence group
Utilizes Seeking Safety curriculum and teaches skills to assist clients in learning how to cope with chronic symptoms of PTSD. Builds off of the mantra of "It's better to be alone than in a bad relationship". Helps women heal from a history of unhealthy relationships and learn how to obtain/maintain healthy relationships. Accepting most insurances and self pay is $25 per group. Group is in-person. Must enroll before attending. Great option for domestic violence survivors and those healing from destructive and narcissistic relationships.
