Trauma Informed Care/Support Group
This trauma-informed care/support group was developed to supplement individual trauma/PTSD care. It is open to adults ages 18 and up and requires a meeting with Dr. Kelland to determine fit, a review and commitment to group policies and procedures, and participation and attendance.

Men's Interpersonal Group
Weekly men's group to help males work through interpersonal issues, improve self-confidence, find support, and feel connected. 75 minutes, 1x/week, ongoing. To be considered for the group, you must meet with Dr. Kelland, review group policies and procedures, and commit to weekly participation.

Adolescent Interpersonal Group
A weekly group experience for adolescents ages 14 years old to 17 years old. The group will focus on providing a safe space for adolescents to practice interpersonal skills, enhance self-esteem, build confidence, and experience normalizing support for typical and atypical experiences and events that occur in a teen's life. To be considered for the group, teen and their parent must meet with Dr. Kelland to determine fit, review group policies/procedures, and commit to weekly attendance and participation.
