Trauma group

12 week series that incorporates specific ways to heal from the complex trauma experienced in childhood. This series can help individuals who suffer difficulty, slowing down, maintaining relationships and self regard, tolerating distress , making decisions, and coping with their emotions or lack of them. When a person experiences trauma, it doesn't just resolve itself, it must be healed.
