Trauma Focused Equine-Assisted Group Therapy

We offer a group focused on understanding trauma and complex-PTSD through a body-mind, equine & nature-based lens. Members will build practical tools for self-regulation, anxiety management, and nervous system balance. Be ready to engage with horses and the natural world, which is a powerful way to cultivate awareness, safety, & resilience! Members have the opportunity to experience authentic connection with each other and the herd, something that is often missing in today's experience.
