RO DBT Skills Classes for Adults and Teens
Individuals who are over controlled tend to be rule governed, aloof, difficult to get to know, and perfectionistic. They often struggle with intimacy and relationships though they may be successful in their work. The loneliness they experience is painful and often leads to depression or social anxiety. Our RO DBT skills group offers skills for connecting with others and building intimacy.
