Trauma and it's impact on mental health

This group would tailor/identify stressors that has led to traumatic experiences in communities that are underserved. We will discuss the stages of trauma and healing and it's impact to mental health functioning. This group is specifically for support and understanding traumatic experiences. The group would be responsible to connect, bond and provide resources to one another.
