Trauma and Eating Disorders for Women- 20s & 30s

This open/ongoing process group for women in their 20s and 30s looking to deepen their recovery from their eating disorder and trauma. Participants grow with and from each other as they enhance and deepen personal connection with themselves, their body and relationships with group members. At times, depending upon group members' needs certain recovery skills may be discussed. Please be advised that the group will be run from a HAES and anti-diet approach. The group will take place via telehealth. The Group is Tuesdays from 7 to 8 p.m. and cost $75 per session.
