Transracial Adoptee Process Group

Designed for adults who were transracially adopted (individuals adopted by parents of a different race or ethnic background) and raised in predominantly white communities, this virtual process group offers a supportive space to connect with others who share similar lived experiences. Together, we will explore the complexities of this identity alongside other dynamics that arise in sessions. The group is facilitated by Dr. Pixley, a licensed clinical psychologist, specializing in working with transracial adoptees across the lifespan. Dr. Pixley is also a graduate of the Psychotherapy Institute's Group Psychotherapy Training Program in Berkeley, California.
