Transitions: Interpersonal Psychotherapy Group

A group based on working along with others to discover alternatives to maladaptive ways of managing stress, resolving conflicts, communication. We work to become aware and then discover how to 'un-do' triggers that lead to undo stress and anxiety, promoting awareness in the present to manage life situations and transitions. Our group works to illuminate the ways to directly address issues as they emerge and avoid coping patterns that lead to sabotaging goals.
