This holistic group centers on individuals who are in a transition due to a life change event or wanting to make personal and/or professional changes. We will focus on the things one can change and accepting responsibility for one's decisions and actions. The groups will be 60-minute bi-monthly sessions. There will be a maximum of 7-8 participants.
