Transitions

Change can be difficult. It usually involves loss, loss of relationship, employment, or loved one. It can also put us in a position for personal growth. Our transitions group is designed to deal with the losses and the opportunities for growth in the process. Groups have been held in my office, nature, and Hawaii.
