Transitional Recovery Program

The Transitional Recovery Program (TRP) is designed for adults seeking more care than traditional outpatient therapy, but who do not require residential or partial hospitalization treatment.TRP offers structured, relational support rooted in a weight-inclusive, trauma-informed approach. Led by a licensed therapist & registered dietitian, TRP integrates emotional support, nutrition guidance, and supported eating so recovery can be practiced in real life. Participants will begin to understand their eating disorder as a protective strategy, build nervous system capacity, and develop greater flexibility around food, emotions, and relationships. The group emphasizes curiosity, self-compassion, & collaboration rather than rigid recovery expectations.
