Transgender & Gender Non-Conforming Support Group

This virtual support group is for adults ages 18+ who identify as transgender, gender non-conforming, non-binary, genderqueer, or any other personally meaningful term indicating you are not cis. This 10 week group, Sundays from 10-11:30am is facilitated by a trans clinician, starting Sept 14th. The group focus will be on establishing positive connections and sharing resources, supporting each other in navigating minority stress, celebrating transness, and exploring ways to authentically express our identities and more fully enjoy our lives. Cost is up to $50 per group ($500 total), sliding scale and free slots available upon request.

Neurodivergent Adult Executive Function Group
This new, virtual group offering is intended for adults who identify as neurodivergent, centering the needs of late-diagnosed ADHD and auDHD adults aged 18+. Group will be held Tuesdays 5:30-7pm beginning late Feb 2026, weekly for 10 weeks, facilitated by a neurodivergent mental health clinician. Together, we will learn about ways to support our executive functioning, particularly for tasks such as task initiation, cleaning, time management, organization, and have space to process the difficulty of these tasks with neurodivergent peers. Cost is $50 a group ($500 total), sliding scale and free slots available upon request.

Adult Autism Support Group (virtual)
This new virtual 10-week group is intended to support Autistic adults, particularly late-identified Autistic adults with or without a formal diagnosis. This is a structured space to learn about, process, and find accommodations and support for social difficulties, sensory sensitivities, and Autistic camouflaging/masking, along with group member requests. The full group rate is $50 per session, with sliding scale and free spots available, intended to begin in February 2026. This group is facilitated by an Autistic clinician and is open to folks that are auDHD and have other diagnoses.
