Transforming Grief Group
Grieving can feel isolating, but you do not have to go through it alone. This eight-week group provides a supportive environment to explore different forms of loss and how they appear in our lives. Many people discover that grief has many layers that need to be seen and honored. Together, we will explore how to hold grief gently, allowing it to teach rather than consume. The goal is not to “get over” grief but to walk with it in a way that allows growth and meaning to emerge. Online only.
