Training Group for Therapist Interpersonal Process
I run three different groups designed for therapists. These ONLINE groups are for therapists that are wanting an interpersonal process group experience. It is NOT a therapy group, yet the bounds of confidentiality are maintained in the same way as a therapy group. Structure is 75 minutes of process and 15 minutes of debrief. $100/session with sliding scale options, and you may use professional development funding. MN College Student Online Therapy Group Monday eve
This online therapy group is for college students that can sense that psychological healing will come through authentic connections with other people. We focus on developing shame resilience, and we attend to each group member's goals (e.g. social anxiety, depression, desire for emotional intimacy, lack of assertiveness, low self worth). It is an interpersonal process group, which means we continually attend to our here-and-now interactions so that we can better recognize our patterns and change them. It is a powerful treatment modality and is designed to help clients obtain long-term characterlogical change.
