To The Moon
To the Moon is a therapy group for rising 9th grade girls navigating the transition into high school. Starting high school can bring excitement, uncertainty, anxiety, friendship changes, and pressure to fit in. This group provides a safe space to connect with peers who are experiencing similar challenges while building confidence and emotional resilience before the school year begins. Participants will explore topics such as self-confidence, friendship dynamics, social anxiety, managing stress, healthy coping skills, self-esteem, and navigating change.

Cosmic Confidence is a workshop designed to help incoming college women feel more confident, prepared, and grounded before sorority recruitment. Recruitment can bring excitement, pressure, comparison, and uncertainty, making it easy to overthink every conversation, outfit, and interaction. This workshop covers confidence-building strategies, managing recruitment anxiety, navigating social pressure, conversation tips, outfit confidence, and what to realistically expect throughout the recruitment process. This is a workshop held virtually on 8/27 at 12 pm to 2 pm for Florida, Texas, and Connecticut residents.
