This group is for adult daughters who feel lonely, disconnected and long to feel seen, heard, and understood around the pain of their relationship or lack thereof with mom. When you have experienced Mother Hunger you may struggle with relationships, addictions, and/or difficulties with food. Mother Hunger describes what it feels like to grow up with a mother who insufficiently meets the needs of you as the daughter. It leaves you struggling to feel secure in relationships and sure about yourself. Mother Hunger often involves lack of nurturance, protection, and/or guidance.

This 8-week group offers a supportive, trauma-informed space for women and nonbinary individuals healing from sexual trauma. You’ll connect with others who understand, ease the sense of isolation that often follows trauma, and build self-compassion as you explore your experiences at a pace that feels right. Through guided reflection and gentle processing, the group helps you feel more grounded, empowered, and less alone. LGBTQ+ folks are welcome here. Reach out to schedule a brief call to see whether this group is a good fit for your needs.

Group therapy produces a different kind of growth than working one-on-one with an individual therapist. It requires a higher level of vulnerability, cultivates more here and now emotional processing, and challenges us to confront how we are experienced relationally. In a process group, you’ll develop genuine, safe, and healthy connections, have your story witnessed over time, and receive feedback from multiple perspectives. If you’re ready to level up your therapy experience, grow and heal more deeply, and change the way you interact with others, a process group could be an ideal space for you.

This group offers a facilitated emotional processing space for adult family members of individuals with PDA—focusing not just on PDA traits or strategies, but on the inner experience of loving, supporting, and living alongside a PDA-identified loved one. It is not a skills group. Instead, it: Holds space for grief, rage, guilt, fatigue, confusion, and love Supports nervous system regulation in relationally intense dynamics Encourages repair and re-authoring of family narratives Offers resonance and validation from peers in similar roles Helps participants reconnect with their own needs, identities, and values
