Thrive @ Catalyst

This is an 8-week process and support space for high-school girls aimed at raising awareness about current struggles and increasing protective factors and resilience. This group helps girls be more in touch with their personal values and teaches them to navigate tricky challenges and even help support friends. The group will also promote healthy relationships, assertiveness, and boundary-setting. This group is co-led by two therapists who specialize in teens. Suggested donation of $40 but no one will be turned away due to inability to pay. Call to reserve your seat!
