Therapy NOVA

Therapy Nova is a private practice led by Candice Arnold, LPC, LSATP, serving adult professionals in the Tysons Corner / Vienna, VA area. The practice works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, mood concerns, substance use, sobriety, and relationship challenges. Therapy at Therapy Nova is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping clients better understand themselves, build practical coping skills, and improve communication. Clinical supervision is also offered for counseling and CSAC residents. Therapy Nova is dedicated to helping clients feel more grounded, confident, and equipped to move forward.
