Therapists Consulting with Therapists
APP is running two upcoming consultation groups for therapists. One focuses on clinicians working with trauma survivors, the other on early career clinicians dealing with isolation and burnout. Processes of Aging
Start date: Ongoing; Sessions: Ongoing; Processes of aging are complex and lifelong. This group is open to adults who are grappling with themes related to aging, whether that be individuals who are moving closer to the end of their lives, those who are transitioning into adulthood, those caring for others in their lives who are growing older (at any stage of life), or any other life transition marked by the passing of time. Repetitive Relational Patterns
Number of sessions: Ongoing; Start date: January 16th; Our earliest relationships are the most formative relationships in our lives. This group is open to adult participants who are interested in learning more about how repetitive struggles in present day relationships might mirror painful early experiences with caregivers and within family systems. This group will utilize here-and-now interactions between members to understand more about each person’s procedural patterns within relationships.
