Our D&D Social Enhancement Skills Group uses tabletop role-playing games (TTRPGs) to help individuals improve interpersonal effectiveness, assertiveness, self-esteem, and anxiety management. Guided by a clinician, participants work together to solve challenges, practice teamwork, and build communication skills through immersive storytelling. Role-playing allows low-pressure practice for social situations. This fun, supportive group offers a creative way to build connections and essential life skills. Join us for adventure and growth!
