Therapeutic D&D
A therapeutic D&D group offers teens a chance to build confidence, connection, and coping skills — all through storytelling and adventure. Guided by a licensed clinician trained in both trauma-informed care and tabletop role-play, sessions blend collaborative fantasy with real therapeutic goals: emotional regulation, social skills, self-advocacy, and identity exploration. Players create characters, navigate challenges, and problem-solve as a team, all in a neurodivergent-affirming space where imagination is the tool and connection is the outcome. No prior D&D experience needed — just curiosity and a willingness to roll the dice on growth.
