Join us for a supportive and insightful 5-week therapeutic book club exploring Are You Mad at Me? by therapist and bestselling author Meg Josephson. This book offers practical tools for breaking free from people-pleasing, quieting the inner critic, and learning to live with greater authenticity and self-trust. Together, we’ll reflect on the themes in the book, share about at-home practices in between sessions, and explore how these ideas show up in our own lives and relationships. $15 per group/$75 total
