The Work Beneath the Pattern: 6-Week Process Group

This small, therapist-led group is for individuals who feel self-aware but still stuck in recurring emotional or relational patterns. Many have done therapy before, yet find that insight alone hasn’t led to lasting change. Using a trauma-informed, attachment-based, and somatic approach, we’ll work with protective patterns (like anxiety or avoidance), process underlying emotions, and understand how these show up in relationships. Designed for those ready for deeper change, not just coping skills. 6 week program on Wednesdays 5–6pm, $500, In-person in Carlsbad or virtual in CA. Brief screening required.
