The Unmasked Space

This 4-week support group is designed for neurodivergent adults (21-40yrs) who are looking for connection, self exploration, and space to reduce shame and embrace their unique strengths. Together, we’ll explore topics like masking and unmasking, self-advocacy, sensory needs, and building supportive routines. A diagnosis is not required to participate in this group. No matter where you are in your journey, you’re welcome here. *Space is limited to 6 members. A one time registration fee is collected to reserve your spot for the duration of the 4 weeks.
