Are you a woman who would enjoy learning more about yourself in in company of other women? Women in this established group are content in most areas of life but seek more rewarding relationships with themselves & others. The age range for participants is from their 40s to 50s. We share support, wisdom and perspective in a virtual space--and we have fun! This group will have an opening in June 2025. We meet on alternate Wednesday evenings from 4:15 to 5:30 PM. "30s/40s Somethings" Women's Group - Meets Monthly

Opening for new member June 2025 Group provides an opportunity to benefit from the perspective and wisdom of other women in a confidential/supportive space. Themes are decided collectively and include: self-confidence, relationships, boundaries, imposter syndrome, societal expectations, being single/partnered/dating, family-of-origin, using one’s voice, career direction/change, aging parents, etc. Group often becomes a place to have meaningful conversations that may be missing elsewhere in life.
