The Seven Principles Couples Program

This 6 week program based on the internationally acclaimed research of Dr, John Gottman as presented in his book, The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work is open for 8 couples considering engagement. You will be provided with tools to enhance & improve your relationship while learning the research-based foundation from, which the skills are derived. The program is proven to help couples: Improve friendship, fondness, & admiration; Enhance romance & intimacy; Manage conflict constructively: Gain skills to address perpetual & solvable problems; Create shared meaning; Maintain gains throughout a lifetime.
