The Sacred Circle for Women
July 2025 - Date/time TBD. The Sacred Circle for Women is a therapy group that provides a space for women to connect, heal and grow. Therapy groups provide a range of benefits and are led by a mental health professional who attends to the process dynamics of each individual as well as the group entity as a whole. This group is intended to be a safe, authentic, and supportive space that allows exploration of interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships, habitual “ways of being” that negatively impact functioning, and support in making changes in your life. Limited to 12 total participants.

LGBTQ+ Support Group
First group May 7, 2025. Open to all who identify as LGBTQ+ and are 18 & older. This free and in-person group is a safe and non-judgmental space for members to connect, share experiences, and support one another in an inclusive environment. The group will be a confidential setting to discuss various topics related to the unique challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community. While this is intended as a peer led support group, there will be a counselor present to help facilitate safe discussion.
