The Restoration Group: Narcissistic Abuse Recovery

The Restoration Group is a 7-week, therapist-led, quarterly experience for women healing from narcissistic or emotionally abusive relationships throughout the United States. Developed and led by a clinician who has personally healed from and successfully rebuilt her life after these dynamics, Restoration is not a support group, it is a structured, curriculum-based transformation process. Together, we identify manipulation patterns, dismantle trauma bonds, rebuild self-trust, and rewire beliefs that keep you choosing pain. Each session builds toward measurable internal shifts, equipping you to establish boundaries, trust yourself, and become the woman who can no longer be abused.
