The Reset Room

The Reset Room is a trauma-informed virtual process group for multicultural professionals experiencing burnout, anxiety, and chronic stress. Designed for high-functioning individuals who feel emotionally exhausted by workplace pressure and cultural expectations, this group offers space to slow down and reconnect. Sessions explore how stress and trauma impact the nervous system and integrate mindfulness, somatic practices, and emotion-regulation skills. The Reset Room provides a culturally responsive, supportive environment to reduce overwhelm, build resilience, and feel less alone. This group may complement individual therapy or serve as a stand-alone option.
