The Music Reset

The Music Reset is a virtual music-based support group for adults focused on nervous system regulation, emotional expression, and connection through structured music experiences and reflective discussion. Sessions include grounding, guided music exploration (listening, lyric analysis, and active music-making), group discussion, and closing integration. Themes include stress, grief, self-compassion, and resilience. Participants complete pre-registration, informed consent, and safety protocols.
