The Mom Group

Growing a family is hard. It's even harder when it feels like you and your partner are on different teams. In this group we will share and explore the challenges of raising amazing little people and keeping our relationship intact all at the same time. It is not a parenting group but a group to discuss communication issues, intimacy issues, resentment, not feeling important and being disconnected from our partners. We meet weekly with some flexibility and will focus on communication skills and taking back control of your life to feel loved and connected again!
