The Heartful Man

A weekly group for men. This is a place to be authentic, to speak from the heart, to listen and be supported by other men. We will explore different themes and challenges related to being a man in the world today, build emotional awareness and healthy communication skills, and engage in practices that connect our body, mind and heart to live more deeply and fully. We are learning to expand who we are as men, opening new possibilities for how we relate to ourselves, each other, our partners, families, communities and the Earth.
