Offers: Groups/Conferences/Workshops. A Women's Empowerment group designed to help women at the crossroads that are dealing with life’s challenges (old and new). In the Lab, we focus on “Matters of the Heart” by providing a safe space for healing and healthy recovery from life's trauma's and other painful experiences. Women learn skills that foster self-love, self-esteem and self-growth and they also learn coping skills and techniques to maintain healthy relationships and friendships. In addition, women learn coping skills and techniques while being encouraged to reach their personal and professional goals.
