The Healer’s Circle: An Experiential Therapy Group
The Healer’s Circle is a 10-session virtual experiential therapy group for therapists, counselors, and mental health professionals who want to deepen their self-awareness, process personal material, and reconnect with their sense of purpose. This group offers a safe, confidential space for exploring emotional stuck points and nurturing resilience and authenticity in your work. Drawing on Psychodrama, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Transactional Analysis, and creative techniques, the group invites you into meaningful, embodied experiences, not just insight. Ideal for both seasoned professionals and those in training, the group fosters personal healing and professional growth in community with peers.

Experiential Therapy for Therapists
Closed experiential group for students, residents, and licensed professionals in mental healthcare field (counselors; social workers; psychologists; dance, art, or music therapists; psychiatrists; life coaches). It is offered virtually or in-person. The group will provide a safe space for working through stuck points that sometimes manifest during client sessions; provide an opportunity for students, interns, and residents in the mental care field to gain a personal experience in the role of a client even if they don’t have a diagnosable mental health struggle; and provide a stage to concretize or give dimension and space to the intrapsychic process.
